The Common Oars
In 2017, NuVasive shareowner Dan Forester and three friends set out on a non-stop adventure to row around Great Britain to raise critical funds to support NSF. For 60 days, these four men navigated some of the most turbulent waters, busiest shipping lanes, strongest tidal currents and unpredictable weather of anywhere in the world and returned home having raised nearly $50,000 and becoming the 6th boat to ever circumnavigate Great Britain.
