US Patient Assistance Program

The US Patient Assistance Program allows us to provide NuVasive product and intraoperative neuromonitoring services for those who cannot afford the necessary treatment here in America. For these cases, we partner with hospitals and surgical teams who are willing to donate their time and services.

Application Instructions:

  1. Complete the application form – Please be as detailed as possible.
  2. The NSF staff will review your request for grant eligibility.
  3. If eligible, your request will be reviewed and decided on by the NSF Grants
  4. You will be notified via email regarding the committee’s decision.
  5. If approved, you will work with NSF staff to fulfill your approved grant.
